InjInspector is a project realized for EUROMAG Kędzierzyn-Koźle. It's a system for archive and analyse data from die casting machines.

Short description:

Software enable die casting technologist to observe in real time charts representing process of injecting molten metal into die. Data are available form any computer in the company network that has installed client software. All the chart data are stored in central repository.

System has following components:

• - InjInspector - client software for analyse and display of chart data.
• - InjCapture - software for data acquisition.
• - InjServer - central repository for all data.

Features:

• - Transparent data acquisition (without knowledge of SCADA program used to control machine).
• - Analyse by comparing data charts also with theoretical chart.
• - Alrams for damaged rings.
• - Client software can be installed on Windows and Linux systems. Central repository is on Linux machine.
• - Open architecture. Ready for implement new modules such as: automatic data analysis and detail tracking.
