Miernik III is data acquisition application used for testing characteristics of brake correctors manufactured by Bosch in theirs factory in Mirkow near Wroclaw Poland. We have done that project together with Raltech and MBiM firms from Ostrow Wielkopolski during modernisation of correctors testing station.

Short description:

Program gather data form pressure sensors and draw corrector characteristic curve, than collected data are processed into report and validated versus parameters defined for each corrector model separately. Generated report is ready to be printed or saved.

Features:

• - For data acquisition we have used Advantech card, model PCI1710.
• - User interface was adapted for series production and separated for user and administrator profiles.
• - Collected data and report can be saved for further analysis.
• - Program works on Advantech PPC L157T touchscreen panel.
• - Application comunicate with PLC and controls that way the testing process.
• - Miernik III runs on Windows 7.
• - Most of user interface was done with QtQuick technology that allows for creation of smooth and animated GUI's.

Program is based on Miernik II project, that was deployed in Bosch year ago.
